My merged document is blank
This will occur if you are mail merging the wrong format. To mail merge the uploaded document must be a .docx NOT a .doc file.
My merged document has had text move to the next page
- Keep a nice distance from the top and bottom of a page to prevent a inserted variables pushing text to another page
- Any conversion from one format to another uses 3rd party conversion software. This conversion can cause distortion and changes to the layout of your document. Avoid conversion to PDF if your sending off for DIGITAL signature. Conversion can cause distortion and its an unnecessary conversion as Signable will convert to PDF.
My merged document has overlapped during the conversion to PDF

- Have greater spacing between lines to avoid this if you are converting to PDF
