What is the difference between "Days In Advance" and "Invoice on date" on recurring charges

Modified on Wed, 7 Aug at 3:00 PM

Days in Advance is a feature that allows transactions to be raised prior to the due date by the number of days set rather than a specific date in the month. Days in advance will not affect invoice dates.

How to set your default Days in Advance

In order to set your default days in advance, which will be applied anytime you create a new tenancy, do the following:
Go to preferences>tenancies>Tenancy Recurring Settings

Choose your tenancy type then edit to add in your days in advance.

How to add or edit individual recurring charge days in advance Go to Tenancy > Recurring Charges Click on the drop-down icon to display the "Edit Days in Advance" option and add the days.

Invoice on date

This will produce the invoice early and will affect invoice dates.
