Days in Advance is a feature that allows transactions to be raised prior to the due date by the number of days set rather than a specific date in the month. Days in advance will not affect invoice dates.
How to set your default Days in Advance
In order to set your default days in advance, which will be applied anytime you create a new tenancy, do the following:Go to preferences>tenancies>Tenancy Recurring Settings
How to add or edit individual recurring charge days in advance Go to Tenancy > Recurring Charges Click on the drop-down icon to display the "Edit Days in Advance" option and add the days.

Invoice on date
