Batching up viewing will allow for the following functions:
- Deletion
- Viewing status (via update viewings)
- Assignee (via update viewings)
Tick relevant applicants and then apply one of the above
Users can batch delete viewings that have
no date
a past date
Users cannot batch delete viewings with a date that is today or in the future
a warning message is displayed when a user tries to batch delete viewings with a date that is today or in the future and cannot delete it in batch “You cannot batch delete future or today’s viewings. “
Users can still delete viewings with a date that is today or in the future one-by-one (but not in batch)
a warning message is displayed when a user tries to delete viewings with a date that is today or in the future before they delete it “Are you sure you want to delete this viewing?”
