How to handle a document that required one more signature which was forgotten in the original send

Scenario A Contract came back digitally signed, but the manager forgot to include a signatory. 


Go to tenancy> digitally signed documents>create a digital signature


 

Add the signature box to the document and resend.

  

 Scenario  You notice after you send out a digital signature envelope another signatory needs to be added. 


You will follow the same process as above but it would be prudent to cancel the previous incorrect envelope that was sent out. This can be done via documents> digital signature> select the envelope> "Cancel in Signable".

    

Please note that if you resend an envelope, you will still be charged for that credit.
