How do tenant issues get added

Two ways:

  1. Add a manual task related to a tenancy. This would be used if the tenants did not have access to the app - This is linked to adding a task
  2. Incoming via the tenant app - This is linked to how a tenant raises an issue 

 

How does the tenant get updated?

Two ways:

  1. Automated emails and notifications - As a default Arthur has set up for you via automated events and actions automated response emails. * These can be changed according to your needs. 
  2. Via the tenant app - This is linked to how a tenant tracks an issue 

 

How does one get notified of a new incoming tenant issue

Three ways

  1. Automated emails and notifications - As a default, Arthur has set up for you via automated events and actions automated response emails. * These can be changed according to your needs. 
  2. Via an indicator on the dashboard - see below
  3. Via a filter on the task index page - see below
