Before inviting a user your automated events must be enabled.
The invite will take them to the correct app but in the case of your contractor ignoring the invite and trying to download an app, access will be denied. *If you have two or more accounts on Arthur and you want to use the same contractor you will need to invite him/her to these separate accounts.
Arthur will link the invites to the one email so that you will be listed on his/her one account as effectively separate clients.
Invite your contractor
Add your Contractor:
Re-Invite if the First Email is Not Received
Go to Contacts>Contractors>Open/View a Contractor>Contacts>Resend Invitation
