Professional and Enterprise packages only.

As part of your package, we provide you with a standard form.  To have your own form built see bespoke forms This article looks at

  1. How to deploy the two types of forms
  2. Understanding what a slug is
  3. How to personalize the standard form with colors and logos
  4. How to use automated events to notify the team of new or updated applicant

1. Two ways to deploy the form

The applicant's form is used to get information about your applicant into Arthur. The form can only be used in one of two scenarios:

  1. Adding an applicant for the first time
  2. Updating existing applicants details

Either scenario can only be used once, any update to the applicant's details must be done manually. This is linked to how to use the webform to onboard your tenants

Webform Scenario 1  Adding to Arthur an applicant not currently on the system. URLto be used: http://applicant.arthuronline.co.uk/ENTER CUSTOMER SLUG/tenant/   Webform Scenario 2 (A most common scenario).

This is linked to how to use the webform to onboard your tenants To add further information to that applicant an alternate URL to be used: http://applicant.arthuronline.co.uk/ENTER CUSTOMER SLUG/tenant/my-application The tenant is prompted to put in an email following which they will receive an email with a reference that needs to be used to gain access to the form.

Please note once a final submission is made the applicant can no longer access the form.

2. Understanding what a slug is

The slug is how Arthur identifies your account and to which account an applicant will be applied To locate your slug look in your browser address bar: E.g. https://system.arthuronline.co.uk/propertycompany/dashboards/index. In this example the account identifier (Slug) is /propertycompany/

3. How to brand your form with colors and logos

To add your logo and colors use the link below and again replace the slug again with your slug. http://applicant.arthuronline.co.uk/ENTER CUSTOMER SLUG/customise-me-123customise

4. How to use automated events to notify the team of new or updated applicant

Once a form is submitted by the applicant there are two ways to know about the form

  1. Dashboard - Will show a new applicant using Webform scenario 1
  2. Automated action to notify the team of a new or updated applicant record

Automated actions.  This linked to how to add actions to events
