1. Posting a message within a task assigned to the unit or property is not showing the tenants name
Check the status of the tenancy. Only tenancies that are in the occupation will list. This will include those that are current, periodic, and ending
2. My task detail is blank
This will be due to characters used in creating the description such as tabs or copying from an email or word and introducing characters that cause the issue
Go to edit task and copy text to notepad and strip out spaces and copy back to the description box and save
Copy to note pad
Paste back to description and save
