Credit checking an applicant or a tenant on a tenancy will look to two different addresses
- For all applicants and tenants on a prospective or approved tenancy, the current home address of the applicant will be used when credit checking. This will show on the applicant record shown below
- When credit checking the tenant having a status of current or periodic, the current unit address will be used for the credit check
