How does the Movinghub integration and trigger logic work?

Once integrated, you can head to your Arthur Online system and start adding properties and tenancies into the platform.


Once a tenancy is added, navigate to 'Update Status':


For Move in:

When Unit_Status set to “Under Offer” and move in date is within range >today+3days & <today+25days


For Move out:

When Unit_Status set to “Available” and move out date is within range >today+3days & <today+25days



For Lease Renewal:

When Change_Reason set to “Renew Tenancy” and move in date is excluded considering



Once any of the 3 above scenarios are actioned, the following will be sent to Movinghub:


- Property Address

- Move In/Out Date

- Contact name & details


A white-labelling email will immediately be sent to the tenant welcoming them to 'ABC Real Estate Concierge' (for example). A Movinghub team member will then call the tenant within 4 hours to help them with their services (Council tax, water, broadband, TV packages, insurance, removals etc).
