How to cancel your Arthur subscription

Modified on Tue, 13 Oct at 11:24 AM

If you wish to cancel your Arthur subscription, please complete our cancellation request form. It takes about five minutes and asks for everything our Support team needs, so we can review your request without having to come back to you for more details.

Before you start

  • Who can cancel: we can only accept cancellation requests from the main contact on your Arthur account, or from the person who signed your contract. To check who your main contact is, log into Arthur, click Contacts in the left-hand menu, then Your Team at the top. The main contact has a “Main contact” label under their name.

  • Multiple accounts: if you have more than one Arthur account (Switch accounts), please list every account you want to cancel in the form. We can only cancel the accounts you tell us about, and any account not listed will stay active.

  • Notice period: if you’re outside a fixed contract term, we need at least 30 days’ notice, and your subscription will end at the close of your final billing period. If you’re within a fixed term, we can’t cancel part-way through it, so your cancellation will take effect at the end of that term.

  • Your Direct Debit: please keep your Direct Debit in place until your final invoice has been paid. Cancelling it early may restrict your access to Arthur and trigger payment reminder emails.

What happens next

Once you submit the form, a support ticket is created automatically and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket reference. Our Support team will review your request against your agreement, and may call you to talk it through. We’ll then confirm your cancellation and end date in writing.

All cancellation requests are subject to our Terms and Conditions and the terms of your individual agreement. Submitting a request doesn’t necessarily mean your subscription can be cancelled immediately, and your account stays active until your confirmed end date.

If you have any problems using the form, please raise a ticker via this portal.

Thank you,
The Arthur Support Team
