Financials for block management

When handling block management there are two users to consider

  1. Freeholder who is the owner at the property level and unit level
  2. The long leasholder is a tenancy on a long lease. See setting up a long leaseholder tenancy

 All charges are applied as usual with ground rent set as a recurring charge and service charges set either as one-off charges or recurring.
